Unfortunately the creator of this magnificent thing was unable to actually build it so it still remains an imagined thing. Some would call it art and if so the creator should feel complimented as an artist and be glad to share his or her work with the world unless the just want money. It is nice tho, isnt it but I think living on the ground floor would be a tad moist.
